In the report, Shen Hongyue focused on the big data on the operation of the 25th Zigong International Dinosaur Lantern Festival, and introduced Zigong's successful experience in using lights as a medium to create a night tourist destination. He proposed the "moth benefit" concept of using colored lights to attract popularity, and Zigong City to create a new mode of night tour Zigong that "watching lanterns, enjoying night views, eating supper, going to the night market, and soaking in salt and brine baths", hoping to work together. Promote Zigong lanterns to better go to the world, and make lanterns become the protagonist of night tours for foreign Christmas and domestic Spring Festival.
Dai Bin, Dean of China Tourism Research Institute, pointed out in the keynote report that night tourism is a new research field and new academic achievement in the theoretical system of contemporary tourism development. It is a new demand potential and new supply momentum for the integrated development of culture and tourism. It is a national and local level. With the new policy direction of high-quality development and the new enhancement of efficiency, the development of night tourism should arouse the attention and cooperation of local governments, enterprises, researchers and the media to jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of night tourism.
