Longest Zigong Lantern Lighting Show
On November 2, the demolition work of the lantern group in the China Lantern World Garden is underway in an orderly way. On Oct 7, the 28th Zigong International Dinosaur Lantern Festival officially closed. The 182-day operation period broke the record for the longest operation period in the 58-year history of Zigong Lantern Fair and attracted nearly 900,000 visitors.
"Salt Charm Thousand Years of Autumn" into the naked eye 3D, "Joy of the Chinese Zodiac" of the giant mechanical transmission technology, "Mountains and seas" of the strange world of immersive experience...... The 28th Zigong International Dinosaur Lantern Festival is full of highlights and honors. It appeared in the CCTV Lantern Festival Gala and was listed on the list of popular tourist attractions in China during the Spring Festival, with six spots listed on CCTV and three spots listed on overseas core media. "Zigong Colored Lanterns · Light Up the World" series of publicity and promotion activities was awarded as "National Domestic Tourism Publicity and Promotion Excellent Case" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism; China Lantern World was selected as one of the first batch of "National Night Culture and tourism consumption Cluster Area", "National Preferred Project of Integrated Development of Intangible Cultural heritage and Tourism", "Sichuan Province Culture and Tourism Integration Demonstration Project", and won the "Top 50 satisfaction Spots in the Whole Sichuan" in 2022.
